Dear Helen J. Stewart Families,

On behalf of the entire team at Helen J. Stewart School, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to the 2023-2024 school year. The summer break has provided us with the necessary opportunity to recharge and prepare for the important work that lies ahead. As we embark on this new academic journey, I wish each one of you tremendous success, and I eagerly anticipate the arrival of both new and returning Helen J. Stewart students

This year, our theme is S.E.A.S. – Successfully Educating All Students. With the exceptional gifts and talents possessed by our students and the unwavering dedication and passion exhibited by our remarkable staff, Helen J. Stewart is destined for incredible accomplishments in the coming year. The possibilities that lie ahead are truly exhilarating.

I encourage you to attend our monthly Family Support Meetings, where you can meet other Helen J. Stewart families, enjoy a light meal, and engage in enriching discussions.

I do not need to emphasize the significance of your role in the lives of our students at Helen J. Stewart. Your wisdom, guidance, and care are invaluable to their growth and development. Please remember that I am here to offer my unwavering support in any way I can to ensure a successful year for all.

In conclusion, I want to reaffirm my belief that each of us is driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of our students. As we forge ahead in our collective efforts, I invite you to reflect on one of my favorite quotes by Emerson: "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." I have full confidence that we will blaze a trail filled with achievement and success as we embark on the best year yet for Helen J. Stewart.
